By embracing the brand’s feminine, girly aesthetic, I curated visually stunning content, styled photoshoots, and crafted a cohesive online presence that resonated with its target audience. Every detail—from soft, feminine designs to engaging captions—was designed to connect with shoppers and drive them from social media to the boutique. The result? A brand transformation that is as chic as it is effective. I took Brit Rose Boutique’s profile views from 20,000 average to 82,000 average per month, skyrocketed website link taps from two hundred to one thousand, and increased business address taps from twenty three average per month to one hundred forty eight per month. I designed Brit Rose Boutique’s Instagram to reflect its feminine, chic aesthetic while curating an engaging and seamless shoppable experience. The profile features a consistent color scheme, with soft pinks and neutral tones that evoke a sense of warmth and elegance, aligning with the boutique’s overall brand identity. I incorporated strategically placed content, such as product showcases, behind-the-scenes peeks, and customer testimonials, to build a connection with the audience and encourage interaction.

A standout feature is the profile highlights, which I styled with playful pink candy icons. These icons tie back to the boutique’s signature in-store candy station—a small but memorable detail that adds a touch of whimsy and enhances brand recognition. By bringing this in-store experience to the digital space, I was able to create a cohesive online presence that feels just as personal and inviting as stepping into the boutique.

Every post and story is crafted with the goal of showcasing the boutique’s curated selection while making the shopping experience as intuitive as possible. Interactive features like polls, question boxes, and shopping tags were strategically used to engage followers and make their experience feel more personalized. Additionally, I ensured that every visual element—from the way products were arranged in photos to the layout of grid posts—worked together harmoniously to highlight the boutique’s curated style and create a sense of desire and exclusivity.

This approach not only strengthened the boutique’s brand identity but also fostered greater engagement from customers. The Instagram page became a dynamic space where followers felt more connected to the brand, leading to higher interaction rates and a noticeable increase in foot traffic to the store. The result was an Instagram presence that felt like an extension of the boutique itself—charming, visually appealing, and ultimately, a destination for customers to shop, engage, and become loyal fans.

These banners not only highlighted the latest collections but also served as visual cues to engage customers with the boutique’s evolving style. In addition to these seasonal updates, I collaborated with the team to implement strategic changes that brought the website in closer alignment with the boutique’s Instagram presence and the in-store atmosphere. This included refining the layout to ensure a consistent, user-friendly navigation experience and adjusting the color palette and typography to mirror the boutique's signature feminine and chic aesthetic. By harmonizing the website’s design with the visual elements of their Instagram profile and in-store branding, I helped strengthen the overall brand identity and created a seamless experience for customers across all platforms, ultimately enhancing both brand recognition and online sales.
